PLANiT Builders Ltd. was incorporated on March 20^th, 2008 and entered the market place with two ideal product lines – Basements Development and Garage Building. It is owned and operated by two shareholders Sonny Belanger & Mike Huber. PLANiT Builders Ltd.’s business model differentiates itself from other renovators by honing in on two specific product lines and moving away from the “general contractor” concept.

We visit over 1000 homes each year, providing ideal solutions to “make the most of our client’s space” with our design ideas.

From client care, through design, estimating and construction every individual is first and foremost a team member available to provide expertise in their field and to help create a high quality basement or garage development. There are many details that need to be captured in the planning and construction of your basement or garage development that contribute to quality; our steps of expertise provide numerous checks and balances to ensure all factors are considered for your project. Our designer has 12 years direct experience in design and permitting, our estimator has 12+ years direct construction experience and project costing and management experience and our construction team has up to 35 years direct construction and/or project experience to draw from. Our client care and accounting personnel each have 3+ years in their areas of expertise.
