PLANiT Builders Ltd is a team of energetic professionals dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. From client care, through design, estimating, construction and all our internal systems (such as accounting) every individual is first and foremost a team member avaliable to provide expertise in their field and to help create a high quality basement development or renovation. There are a lot of details that go into the planning and the ultimate construction of your basement that contribute to quality; our steps of expertise provide numerous checks and balances to ensure all factors are considered for your project. Our designer has 12 years direct experience in design and permitting, our estimator has 12+ years direct construction experience and project costing and management experience and our construction team has up to 35 years direct construction and/or project experience to draw from. Our client care and accounting personnel each have 3+ years in their areas of expertise. Overall we are committed to operating professionally, efficiently and communicating clearly while providing you a high quality Basement Development or Renovation.

Sonny Belanger, CEO/Director Sales & Marketing
Sonny brings more than 15 years of highly successful and direct selling experience of residential renovations to PLANiT Builders. A dedicated father, an entrepreneur and a true visionary Mr. Belanger is unique with his ability to identify, target and create a new, undeveloped market space rather than competing in an existing highly developed market. As one of the two founding partners, Sonny's vision and drive has led to the rapid success that PLANiT Builders has achieved.
Mike Huber, President/Director Sales Estimating
Mike brings more than 12 years project management and job cost control experience in the construction industry to the company. He is a dedicated family man and has a strong knowledge base of construction. Mike is one of the founding partners of the company and has been instrumental in bringing PLANiT Builders vision to reality.
Curtis Harren MSc, MBA., General Manager
Curtis brings more than 25 years of business and project management experience to PLANiT Builders from a wide range of businesses and industries. His strengths and experience are in the areas of Operations, Marketing, Change Management and both internal and external customer relations in growth organizations. Curtis also has strong working knowledge and experience in financing organizations. He is dedicated to a strong work life balance with his family and the implementation and maintenance of strong business processes and practices. Curtis specializes in the creation of strong work cultures that drive even stronger processes and systems. Curtis has been instrumental in building the foundation for the planned growth of the company. |
